Now after looking through a bunch of other blogs I will instead do Week One as January 1st - 5th (Tuesday to Sunday) Week 2 would then be January 6th - 12th.
I have redone my title page to reflect this change.

Changed my title page
After much research, debate and shopping I have decided that this Project Life will be done my way. I was going to do Sunday to Saturday which would mean my first week would be December 30 - January 5.
Now after looking through a bunch of other blogs I will instead do Week One as January 1st - 5th (Tuesday to Sunday) Week 2 would then be January 6th - 12th.
